Wednesday Cut-off dates for Confirming matches

In light of recent events, we announced during Saturday’s stream that all match confirmations must be made by the Wednesday before Saturdays matches at 6pm. Teams will be unable to confirm match times and changes after 6pm Wednesday, and the match will go ahead as scheduled. Failure to attend the scheduled match will resolve in a forfeit and penalty points for “no shows” will apply. This failsafe is there for teams to be given the opportunity to experience a fun and competitive match, with the level of integrity found in any team sport. Teams are full of people who have organised their time, some even meeting on location. To face a match with little to no people is disappointing. In the interests of our community, we will implement this ruling on Thursday 11th of May.

What does this mean for you and your team?

It is important for the team to contact captains using our new role @Captains on our Discord Server. @Captains are responsible for communications and team management, and must be available at a point after school hours to make and receive messages. The @Captains have the power to confirm and rearrange match times, and substitute players who are unable to attend the scheduled match time.

What if the other team @Captain does not contact us?

@Captains who do not respond to messages from an opposing team before Wednesday’s deadline will be directed to @FlaktestGaming for further investigation. Penalty points or forfeiture may apply to teams who fail to communicate with opposing teams.

What if we something happens and we lose players?

It is a recommended that all teams have at least one substitute (though we encourage two subs, both whom must be registered at to cover any players who are unable to play at the scheduled time. The minimum number of players playing per team at a match throughout the season is four (4). If a team is unable to show with at least four players, the team will forfeit the match.

Proper preparation prevents poor performance and at Flaktest Gaming we strive to give every young person the opportunity to perform at their very best. We appreciate your diligence and if there are any questions, please leave a message at or with @FlaktestGaming
